The Digital Skills Framework (DSF) is a national standard designed to define and organise the digital competencies required in today’s workforce. It enables individuals to assess their current digital skill levels and understand what’s needed to reach the next level. The DSF consists of 115 specific digital skills, grouped into 19 categories and organised under four core skill groups. This layered structure allows users to explore digital capabilities in a clear and organised way starting from general domains down to the specific skills they need to develop. The Framework Targets Two Main Groups: Individuals and Organisations [BOLD]1.) Individuals:[/BOLD] Gain an accurate understanding of your current digital skills level, identify areas for improvement, and access personalised learning pathways designed to enhance your digital capabilities and support your ongoing professional development. [BOLD]2.) Organisations:[/BOLD] Leverage a structured approach to workforce development, digital transformation, and talent planning. Use the framework to assess digital readiness, identify skill gaps, and align employee competencies with business needs.
