Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Digital Station Portal (DSP), owned and operated by the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT), Qatar. By creating an account on the DSP, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (T&C). If you do not agree, you may not create an account or use features that require account access.

Agreement to the Terms

Creating an account on DSP requires users to agree to these T&C, which outline the rules and responsibilities for account holders.

By agreeing to the T&C, users also consent to the collection and processing of specific data as outlined in the DSP's Privacy Policy.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, data, graphics, software, and materials available on DSPare the property of MCIT or its licensors.

Data collected may include personal information provided during registration and usage data to enhance services and improve the platform.

MCIT will:

Use collected data for legitimate purposes, such as service delivery, user support, and analytics.

Protect user data using appropriate security measures.

Data Sharing

MCIT may share user data with other Qatari government agencies to facilitate service delivery, in line with applicable laws and the Data Management Policy.

Limitation of Liability

MCIT is not liable for:

Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in DSP content.

Any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use DSPservices.

Users access and use DSP at their own risk.

Modifications to T&C

MCIT reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing the T&C periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the DSP after modifications indicates acceptance of the revised T&C.

Termination of Access

MCIT reserves the right to restrict or terminate user access to DSPfor any violation of these T&C or misuse of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Qatari courts.
